Nice Shots is a golf business which hosts golf events at a variety of great golf courses. We provide USGA GHIN handicap card services and Minnesota Golf Association (MGA) membership. Nice Shots works in partnership with PGA Pro Shops and their members in the Twin Cities area. We also provide one on one personalized club repair and new club services for serious golfers.
Tee times are setup at a variety of great courses every other week and as a
Nice Shots Golf Club member, you’re invited to play all the time.
PGA pro shops partner with Nice Shots to provide for their members,
exceptional golf club reshafting, regripping, iron loft and lie adjustments and
professional club repair... pickup and delivery are part of the deal.
The Nice Shots Tour Van provides you the option of having your clubs
regripped and adjusted for loft and lie on the spot... mobile service at
your home, work or the golf course.

Baker National Golf Course - Medina, Minnesota
Baker National’s main overall feature is the natural environment on
which it was built in 1991. It sits on the hilly Baker Park Reserve and
is surrounded by forest, marshland, ponds and lakes. Protection and
conservation of the native vegetation, trees and wildlife produced a
golf course which earned the designation of “Certified Audubon Co-
operative Sanctuary”. There are no houses on this course... just
nature and your golf game.
The signature hole is #1 and features “Big Red”, the replica of the original barn built in 1915 on the hilly
farmland which incorporated the area long ago. The course design plays tough with several 2-tiered greens,
reachable par 5’s and your driver being critical to scoring at Baker. One note on the conditions. Winter kill in a number of greens was a problem. However, they have rebounded significantly over the past 3 weeks and should be descent by the time Nice Shots shows up on the scene. The fairways and rest of the course are in good shape. The nice thing about Baker is that their Superintendent is good and takes a lot of pride in the conditions of the course and is pulling out all the stops.
General manager Jeff May has us set up at $38 to walk and $53 to ride which includes range balls. This is a great time to show up early, hit some balls, and enjoy nature close to the Twin Cities
